How do I make an appointment?
An appointment can be made through walk-in at our centres, by call (1800 7777 111), by WhatsApp (+65 9048 7088), or through the online booking form here. We recommend all our clients to book their appointment(s) in advance to secure their time slot.
What happens if the requested timeslot is unavailable?
BMF is committed to doing our best to accommodate to all requests. In the event that the suggested alternative timeslots do not work, you will be added to the waitlist and we will contact you as soon as the preferred timeslots are available.
How do I change my appointment?
You can request to change your appointment by call (1800 7777 111) or by WhatsApp (+65 9048 7088).
Please note that any change request should be made at least 24 hours prior.
Will I get a reminder of my appointment?
We will send you an appointment confirmation message by SMS 24 hours prior to the appointment. If we do not receive your confirmation by 3pm on the day of reminder SMS, a confirmation call will be made. We seek your understanding that your timeslot may be given up to waitlisted customers, if no confirmation is received.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will give you a chance to relax and fully experience all the benefits of your treatment from the start. This will also give us enough time to determine what your specific needs are, on the treatment day.
What happens if I arrive late?
We will try our best to accommodate. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reduce the duration of the treatment accordingly or end the session on the scheduled time. Please note that full payment of the entire treatment will still be chargeable to the client.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation should be made in a timely manner (at least 24 hours prior) to the appointment date. In the event of last minute cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to reject future bookings and we seek your understanding that there will be a charge of the full session of your appointment.
Can I select my therapist?
We will try our best to accommodate but this will depend on the therapists’ availability. Please be assured that all of our therapists are highly skilled and trained, and are well qualified to address your beauty needs.
