Use approximately half a pea-sized amount evenly across the lip area. Apply at least twice a day, morning and evening, or as required throughout the day. For deeper hydration, apply a slightly more generous layer as a lip mask before bed and allow it to absorb overnight.

How is it different from a regular lip balm?

Regular lip balms use Waxes or Petrolatum as the main formula to seal in moisture. The Lip Renewing Hydrator is made different as it combines Hyaluronic Acid spheres to attract moisture while Peptides support collagen over time and Vitamin C addresses uneven tone on hyperpigmented lips. It functions more like a treatment rather than just a basic balm because it helps to reduce lip ageing and not just masking dryness. 

Will my lips become more dry like some chapsticks?

Many chapsticks may make your lips even more dry and reliant after using Menthol which leaves the lips a cooling and tingling sensation that is only temporarily soothing. However, overtime it causes more harm than good as Menthol may irritate the lips, which leads to a vicious cycle of dehydrated lips that require constant reapplication.

The Lip Renewing Hydrator does not contain any Menthol, it will not cause the lips to become more dry, making it a better option than most chapsticks. 

Does it have lip plumping effects?

Yes, the Lip Renewing Hydrator has a lip plumping effect but without the irritations. Traditional lip plumpers use mild irritants to cause the blood vessels in your lips to dilate and make them swell slightly, however this lip treatment plumps the lip through deep hydration. In comparison, it has a gentler and more lasting approach as it also helps to reduce lip lines while adding fullness.

Can it be worn over lipsticks?

Yes, the formula works well to condition the lips and smooth the appearance of chapped and flaky lips before application of lipstick so that it can be spread more evenly. 

Is it safe if I accidentally consume?

It is normal to accidentally ingest the product throughout the day while especially for frequent lip lickers. The ingredients are generally safe if accidentally consumed in small amounts.
