In celebration of International Women’s Day #GiveToGain, we hosted a special media event and marked the launch of our latest skin rejuvenation innovation—Synerjet.
BMF’S #GIVETOGAIN CAMPAIGN 2026
When we give, we gain. The #GiveToGain campaign encourages a mindset of generosity and collaboration. It emphasizes the power of reciprocity and support. When people, organizations, and communities give generously, opportunities and support for women increase. Giving is not a subtraction, it's intentional multiplication. When women thrive, we all rise.

“#GiveToGain reminds us that when we invest in women through support, opportunity, and encouragement, we create a ripple effect of progress,” said Louisa Leow, 2nd Generation Business Owner at Global Beauty International, which houses brands like BMF The Aesthetics People, Svenson Hair Center, and BMF Clinic.
During the event, we also invited a group of panelist ladies to share how they uplift and empower other women in their own way and separate fields.

HERE ARE SOME FIRESIDE CHAT HIGHLIGHTS OF WHAT OUR PANELISTS “GIVE” FOR ANOTHER WOMAN TO “GAIN”
1. Sandra Leong - Executive Director of YWCA of Singapore
“The work that we get to do at YWCA is really about uplifting women and their families. Last year, we decided to rethink who we want to serve and how we want to serve. We have these wonderful ladies that have been journeying with us. They tend to see themselves as, “I'm just a homemaker, I'm just a stay-home mum.” We came up with the term to say, “No, you're a hopemaker for yourself, family and society.” They can be someone who can contribute. Along those lines, we launched a “Women's Business Accelerator.” We help them to set up businesses that actually are viable for livelihood.”
2. Debbie Brittany Lim - Partner at Circular Law Chambers
“It’s important to actually have a workplace, or management, or leadership, to actually give the opportunities to these ladies to manage their time at work and also back at home. Things like, supporting single mothers, or even young mothers at the workplace in our team. We actually ensure that they have flexible working arrangements. That’s what I was able to give in the way I shape my firm, or the way I lead.”
3. Louisa Leow - Business Owner/ Chief of Strategy at BMF The Aesthetics People
“I feel that the beauty industry is unfortunately perceived as an industry that promotes superficial beauty standards. I’m also hoping to change the narrative over here by making the beauty industry a little bit more compassionate, more holistic, which is why we came out with programmes like the PPE. I really want women to feel confident in their own skin, to feel comfortable in their own skin and not feel pressured by societal norms to conform to a certain ideal. Everyone is good enough in their own way and I’m really hoping to champion that message across this generation of women in wellness.
WE’VE ALSO OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED THE SYNERJET
In conjunction with international women’s day, we’ve introduced our latest launch of this powerful 3-in-1 needle-less skin therapy—Synerjet which produces “skin booster-level” rejuvenation.
It integrates cold plasma, microjetting and electroporation to optimize the skin’s ability to absorb active ingredients. The treatment starts off with cold plasma which deeply sanitizes the skin while safely increasing micro-permeability, allowing active ingredients to penetrate more effectively. Followed by Synerjet which combines microjetting and electroporation which introduces high-velocity micro-jet stream and controlled electrical pulses to allow active ingredients to reach deeper layers more effectively, improving absorption without needles.
