One year and 17,000 treatments performed!
We can’t be more proud for supporting more than 400 mummies in their postpartum recovery journey — it has inspired us to celebrate this milestone and invite more mums-to-be or new mothers to our open house event on 18 September 2026!
Read on for a thorough walk through of what happened that day!
To make it extra special, we decided to dedicate a full day on the motherhood journey through an entire interconnected eco-system that helps support postpartum mothers beyond just restoring their body pre-birth.
This is where many other industry experts who shared the same vision came along to join us, sharing their expertise on various relatable topics:
1. Lactation
Tender Loving Milk’s founder Eliza, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) that specialises in evidence-based lactation care — offered her professional insights and practical solutions in supporting mothers through breastfeeding challenges, milk supply management, pumping strategies and bottle feeding tips.

2. Diastasis Recti
BMF The Aesthetics People’s own in-house aesthetic doctor Dr. Helen — dived in to share more on the causes and signs of diastasis recti with self-assessment tips and how assisted technologies such as Sculpt-M, Indiba®, and The Postpartum Edit Programme can help to accelerate its recovery.

3. Baby sleep training
Rested Mum Happy Bub, a certified baby and toddler sleep consultant Han Ying — educated new exhausted parents that are navigating through constant late night wakings, challenged naps and bedtime struggles with a structured approach through responsive and science-backed guidance.

4. Postpartum Nutrition
BMF The Aesthetics People’s own in-house Senior Health Coach, Clara, a nutrition professional and member of Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA) — shared about nutrition, diet and weight management tips that mummies should watch out for during pre-birth and post-pregnancy.

CLIENTS’ TESTIMONIALS
The event then concluded with a fireside chat session between our Chief Of Strategy Louisa Leow and two other clients who have tried and completed The Postpartum Edit programme.
Shermaine: “I gained 20 kg during my pregnancy journey and it was really hard to lose all the weight. After just 3 months, I managed to lose 7 kg. As a mum I spent so much of the day thinking about everyone else, coming to BMF every session made me feel very well taken care of. After the PPE programme, I can finally fit into my pre-birth clothing and I’m really happy with my progress!”
Jaslyn: “I’ve tried eating healthy and exercising but the mummy pouch was still very present, so I’ve decided to try the PPE programme! It felt like gentle massages rather than invasive body treatments — together with the facials, every session made me recharged and rejuvenated. The best thing was that the treatments happened concurrently on my tummy, thigh and face, so that was really nice for time-starved mummies like myself. Now, I’ve regained my confidence when I see myself in the mirror and how the clothes fit, I feel so much happier.”

Beyond just education and sharings, mummies also got to explore our event partners’ pop-up booths from different trades.

We understand how challenging it can be for new mothers navigating through motherhood and therefore it is our mission to support and journey with them with the saying, “it takes a village to raise a kid”.
This is why BMF is very grateful to all the participating vendors for being part of the “village” — each contributing a little to chip in with gifts, discounts or prizes and making this event worthwhile for every mummy who attended.
