A Foodie At Heart

Clara enjoys exploring different cuisines during her time off-work or on her travels. This exposes her to different ingredients, flavours, textures and cooking techniques. She uses this culinary knowledge during her consultations with clients and also when conducting cooking demos with the aim to make healthy eating exciting and accessible.

Finding the Right Balance

While advocating for nutritious choices, Clara understands the importance of balance and moderation. She helps clients realise that it is possible to enjoy occasional treats while still being able to reach their health goals. Her aim is to help clients develop a healthy relationship with food. After all, food is more than just nourishing the body; it also helps us connect with others.

Personalised Nutrition Recommendations

Clara’s interest in personalised nutrition has driven her to achieve honours in her research paper during her final year. Clara believes there is no one-size-fits all approach, she advocates on delivering nutrition advice tailored to the individual. Her focus is more on incorporating diverse and interesting foods into her recommendations aligned with desired health outcomes.
